Since defining the idea for this project and starting to work on it, I have been making steady progress. So far, I have translated 93 strings into Costa Rican Spanish, which means I am very close to reaching my initial goal of translating at least 100 strings. As I have continued working, I have become even more motivated to contribute, so my new goal is to reach 150 translated strings, or even more if possible.
The biggest challenge during this project was learning how to use the translation platform. At first, it took me some time to understand how the process worked and how to translate the strings correctly. Fortunately, the Polyglots team documentation and other learning resources helped me become familiar with the platform. After getting through that initial learning stage, the work became much easier because the platform is very intuitive and user-friendly.
Other than that learning curve, I have not encountered any major issues, and the project has progressed as planned. At this stage, I am very close to completing my original goal, so my next steps are to continue translating more strings, surpass the initial target of 100, and, if everything goes well, reach 150 translations before finishing the project.
