Post 3 – First Concrete Contribution

I have now completed my first real contribution to the WordPress Polyglots project. For this milestone, I translated 43 strings from the Sydney theme.

My first experience with the translation platform was very positive. The interface is intuitive, well-organized, and easy to navigate, which made the translation process simple even as a first-time contributor. After translating my first set of strings, I felt much more comfortable using the platform and understanding the contribution workflow.

Overall, this first contribution has given me the confidence to continue participating in the project. I am excited to keep translating more strings, improve my skills, and contribute to making WordPress more accessible to users around the world.
